I have an Ariens Sierra model 936022-1340G. It won't start, and my neighbour took the starter motor to bits and made a temporary repair, got me 2 more mows but now it's dead again. I can't find starter motors in the parts manual or on the web. Is it an integral part of the engine, or can it be replaced? (I would have thought so, since my neighbour was able to take it off and reconnect it). The battery is fine. Sorry if I sound technically incompetent, but I'm a widow in my late 50s and have not had to deal with machinery much.
