I can hear the scanner warm up, can see the rollers turning. But with just one sheet, or even a small quantity, 5 to 10, the paper is well below the top feed rollers. They just turn. They don't come down to meet the paper, the paper is not lifted up to the rollers. Not knowing how it should work, I don't know where the problem might lie.
