Do you have the Decimal switch set to 2?

Or...you can set the decimal to A (Accountant) and forget using the decimal point key at all.

I have not been able to get on to the www.victortech.com website. I do not have an exact model manual, but it may help you . It came from www.retrevo.com which has several models available but not your exact model.

I did get a phone number though if you are interested. It is: 800 628-2420

BTW, when you comment back, could you please note who the comment is going to. Each expert does not see any other's comments/solutions so it is a little confusing who the customer is directing the comment to. Thanks.

There is a switch on the calculator its to your far left if the is the model pictured its called the decimal switch also there is a rounding switch on this as well if you move these switches you will get what your looking for give it a try,
