(at least as far as I can tell) except the application itself. When I try to reinstall it says I have to uninstall first. The program doesn't show up in the uninstall list, so I can't uninstall anything. Can you help?

Hi there !
1. Go to start menu, choose control panel, choose add/remove programs, and from there the program you want to uninstall should be there.
2. Another is go to MY COMPUTER, click on C: drive, choose on program files and find your program forlder you want, click that folder and you can find the uninstall icon there. Click and it will install it.
3. If by chance you cannot find it, only solution is to run system restore and go back to the date where you do not installed this software.
