At low revs when pulling away there is a knocking which seems to be coming from where the chain takes its drive from and disapears as speed increases.Any ideas? 2009 bandit1250 sa

Is the chain adjusted correctly, a loose chain can make a noise like you describe. should have about 1/2" of up and down play hot.
