At the moment blank cards are not feed into the printer. The cards are always been jammed and the 3 lights are displaying a MechanicalProblem. I would be extremely happy if you can advise me on how this problem can be solve. Are there any software from Evolis that can diagnose this problem?

You may try cleaning all Rollers including feeder roller.
To move rollers just remove ribbon , feeder and press front panel button and keep it pressed with top cover open . All Rollers will start moving and you can clean them easily using cleaning kit.
Also check for thickness adjustment pointer.
