ATI Radeon X1550 256 PCI is not recognizable
When I install the plug and play recognizes the cars as a PCI bridge. If i restart the system (Dell Optiplex G260/xp) the D diagnostics light on back turns orange and system will not boot

May be card problem, replace it.
