The talcum powder fix that I gave for line feed problems works for this problem too. The powder lubricates the line, eliminating the friction that melts the line. They are essentially just two parts of the same problem.
Put a couple of teaspoons full of talcum powder (baby powder, but NOT the kind with corn starch) in the bulk spool container. Shake it up in a zipper bag to thoroughly coat the line. Coat the inside of your spools with a light coat of talc.Then, load your spools with it.
