ARUF182416 set up with Heat Pump. The unit won't call for heat strips even when the thermostat calls for aux heat. If I open it up and test everything everything checks out fine, when I put the meter to the sequencer then set the thermostat to call for aux heat AND THEN flip the breakers on, everything powers up and the heat strips are engaged and I get 24volts on the cal to the sequencer and 240 on the strip side of the sequencer. When I put it all back together it will work intermittently and sometimes a power cycle will get it to kick on when it doesn't want to play nice. I'm thinking the control board needs replaced but was hoping to get a professional opinion. . .
