When I turn it on, I get the blue screen. When I enter F8, I get a screen that asks me if I want to use last known good configuration, safe mode, safe mode with commands etc.. I've tried all of these, but it still will just keep looping around to the startup screen. I cant access the Windows screen or anything else (unless I use the function keys)
When I bought this gem, it didn't come with any CDs. Circuit City said it had everything I would need to recover anything in there. (I hadn't bought a computer before, so I didn't know what to ask.)
Can I buy something, and if so, what is it/where do I get it?
