My computer screen will not smooth scroll, though i have it checked to function as such.
it is because i had to load a new xp os in it and i cant find what i need to download from averatec to make the computer read whatever is on the screen fast enough so it doesnt blink in and out when i scroll.
what do i need/how do i fix?
