AVG Antivirus installation issue
On installing AVG on my laptop, a message appears saying installation failed as I'm not connected to the Internet. But, I am connected and can access websites. Why do I get such a message then and how can I install AVG successfully ?

You could try first using this avg uninstaller to completely remove any trace of AVG before attempting to reinstall AVG fresh.
