B250-xt.. buttons stopped working, only about 6 months old, this is the second b250 that I have had where this happened.. once in a while I could turn it on while on the charger and I could talk all day, so no battery issues

If you are talking on teh charger power and not the battery power, how can you say it's not a battery issue?
You can try installing a fresh battery. I have been in contact with the overseas supplier of these batteries and am offering them for $20 via PayPal once my shipment comes in. Please contact me at [email protected].
