Back brake problem
I have got a problem with my hyosung gt125r back brake, i keep locking on after i apply the brake.and now the back brake has stopped working there is no pressure. i have tried to bleed the brake but nothing comes out of the bleed valve when undoing it. what do you think is the problem. could it be the piston in the chamber where the brake pedal is attached ?

I've just worked on one of these today. The piston in the master cylinder was seized solid, and needed some man sized hammer whacks (alternating on the actuator then on a bolt dropped inside the cylinder) to free it up and get it moving again. Even at that, it's still a bit sticky, and the system is a real pig to bleed through afterwards and get the air out of the master cylinder. Very poor design.
Its the rear brake master cylinder. I myself have had this problem and all my mates with hyosungs have had this problem.
There is a seal kit that honda makes that fits the master cylinder for re-sealing, other than that get a new one.
