Get a car battery and jumper cables then hook up the pos and neg to the car battery, then put the other neg to the neg on the quad battery, then put the pos to the cellinoid(thing with two pos) until it starts(put on parking brake and aply throttle), then take off the pos and neg from the quad.and there u go. but u will have to do this every time to start it.

Check for spark using a new spark plug and clean the carburetor / air filter.
