Hey there, i have a balance laptop model number a535 serial number is 94f27w00003q43403076 and i lost the power cord for it wich is a 19v 3.16Aand the batter never held a charge, so i need a replacement battery too wich says on the batter it is a Li-ion em-520C2G 14.8v 2200mAh
how do i go about getting them?

The Balance A535 PC Notebook is actually an ECS (Elitegroup Computer Systems) A535. Their website can be found at

Good luck with the battery, this has been a known problem for them, but if anyone can get it this is the manufacturer.
