Banging sound in drivetrain

When engaging the tires/drive, banging/flipping sound in the bottom of blower unit, where axel is. little to no power being given to wheel drive

Sounds like something is broken. Even a shear pin in the drive wheels would do it. Get it repaired before more damage is done.Also check drive belts.
