It's been working fine for more than a year then suddenly today my daughter is trying to charge it and the usb port won't recognize the device. The port is working as I have a usb mouse and it works in both ports. When I put the Barbie Girl Mp3 player in the dock, I get an USB Device Not Recognized error. It says "One of the USB devices attached to this computer has malfunctioned, and Windows does not recognize it. For assistance in solving this problem, click this message." I click the message and another window comes up but eventually ends up in a "replace the device" solution. Nothing has happened to the device to make it suddenly and randomly not function. Any ideas?
