Battery 9500hr The bike was being used regularly, and the battery went dead. I got a new battery from National Gym Supply, and after about a month of regular use, the battery went dead again. The control panels seemed to stay on for a while after use. Could it be draining the battery, or is it possibly an alternator problem?

If the battery continues to fail, I would check the alternator brushes and see if they need to be replaced. Chances are they are worn and the battery is not being recharged sufficiently.
