Battery Charging Failed on APC Matrix 5KVA

My APC Matrix 5000's LCD shown Battery Charging Failed after selft test. the diagnostic menu shown battery voltage 65.53V normaly 54.40V. unfortunately the unit end of supported allready. Can anyone help me to check and fix the problem. Thank you for your attention, Gania.
