You can find what is causing the current draw if you have an ammeter (multimeter with a setting to read amps). Make sure you have the ammeter black lead plugged to the "com" or "-" port, and the red lead in the "10A" or higher port. Disconnect the negative battery cable, and clip one of the ammeter leads (either one) to the negative battery cable and the clip the other to the battery itself. Make sure the doors are closed, lights are off, and you will have to take out the under-hood service lamp or it's fuse. Wait a few minutes, and then check the meter. For most cars this should be in the 25-50 mA range. If it's not, go through and take out fuses one at a time and re-check. Take out the interior light fuse, too, or the interior light will come on and show a higher reading (I've fooled myself doing this). When you find the current significantly drops when a fuse is removed, you know that component or it's wiring is the problem.
