Battery gauge moves
Can any one please help me? my battery gauge like to move down when im at stop light and the light on the dash goes kind of dim, but when im driving the battery gauge goes back up to normal. the crazy thing is that this does not happen at every idle....can somebody tell me what is going in please?

Check for belt tightness it sounds like the belt is slipping or the idle rpm is too low (near 500) to keep the alternator suppying enough power to run the car(or it is too small amperage alternator for the car anyway..) get tested for free at autozone or parts store..
