Battery light comes on even though battery has been replaced
My old battery died in the cold i just had a new one installed but after driving for a while the battery light comes on. the car starts fine though

Take the car to your electrician to check whether the alternator is charging,or not. Because from your saying looks like the alternator is not charging and if this is the fault,is going to drain your new battery.
