Battery Load Test lights do not function
I have an Innova 3320. The light for the battery load tests (all three of them) will not work. They do not light up, even though the digital display continues to work. How can I fix this? Thank you for your help!

Someone on youtube suggested changing the fuse.

That worked for me. The youtube video wasn't terribly useful, but a comment on there was. Basically buy this part: 0.315A 250V 5x20mm Fast-Acting Glass Fuse (4-Pack) Model: 27-1046 Radio Shack Catalog #: 270-1046. I bought 4 fuses from Radio Shack for around $3. You can find it online all over, but usually shipping is as much or more than the cost of the part.
If you are using the meter to test AA, 9 Volt, AAA batteries just arap some foil around the blown fuse. I would eventually get a replacement fuse for it but for a temporary fix it will work.
Replace blown fuse 0.315A/250V!
