Make sure your charger cable is seated all the way and the light(usually blue) on the charger is on,let it charge for an hr. before trying to turn it on. If it still doesn't charge try another charger of the same type with it as your charger may not be working. If your sure your outlet is ok{powers other devices} then you can see if the fuse in your charger has blown,replace as needed.Any automotive store has replacement fuses of this type.
