Battery won't hold a charge, car will run but lights go dim and car dies after running for awhile
Car will start with a jump but won't stay running after awhile. After car is started and is driven the lights on the dashboard and headlamps go dim and go out and then the car dies.

Have the alternator bench rested as it is not charging correctly
check drive belt condition and tension
the problem is that everything is getting power from the battery without any charge going back in.
