Screen has gone blank. There is sound and remote works for channels, volume, etc. FAQs say "check you have not presses BLUE button and switched OFF power to screen." No change. Not sure why it went blank. It is my elderly father's tv. He says picture went after he accidentally dropped remote on floor. I have same tv and no problems. Tried my remote. Still no screen but buttons worked ok. Rang customer service and they said it seems to be screen. Out of warranty by 6 months.
