Beeper sounds as you press forward or reverse no drive. this is the same sound you hear if the brake had been disengaged batteries have been renewed and all connections checked

Hi, it a general error - warning sound, if the wheelchair has got wet then I suggust you carefully go all over the wheelchair looking for damp connectors , simply re-inserting them should do the trick,
Make sure all connectors are tight and make sure the freewheel switch is working correctly, that can stick.
