Beeps after turning it on
I have a Dell Inspiron Mini. The model number is F3307. I turn it on and at the start up it gets most of the way loaded up, then the bar stops moving and the whole thing freezes and beeps continuously, non stop. There was something spilled on it a while ago, and this is what it does now.

First i will suggest you to Return BIOS settings to their default levels. An overclocked or misconfigured BIOS can cause all sorts of random issues
After that start pc in safe mode, normally Pressing F8 key when windows starts up
Click start>Run.. Type msconfig>enter>Start Up. Uncheck the boxes for the programs that you think you may not use often
Open task manager and close any unnecessary processes running in background
