Report "Before I bought my samsung t349 prepaid cell phone I called the T Mobile customer service line and was told that I would be given the unlock code without any problem. Now that I bought the phone I called back to get them to send me the code and they told me that I they will not help me unlock it because it is prepaid and i didn't pay full retail price for the phone. Is there anything I can do to get the code without having to pay?"
