Beko DE 2431 FW dishwasher
Dishwasher doesn't wash, water is getting to the machine but it's just making a buzzing noise only had it 16 months. Checked drain hose water coming out when blow into it. Checked filters inside and no blockages there cleaned arms inside nothing in there i suspect a blockage but think it may be inside machine. I would fix this myself but don't want to take machine apart until i know this is most likely cause.

Hi there.....when the machine brings water in...have you cancelled the program reselect a program and checked that it is puming out..if all is ok then you need to check that the main wash pump rotates freely....if all is ok here..then i suspect you have a failed capicator on the wash motor....little white cylinderical component on top of the motor

Don't know if this will help, but my dishwasher has a "propeller" device above the top and bottom racks that spins while dispensing the water. If the dishes on either rack are stacked too high (i.e. if even one plate comes in contact with that propeller, keeping it from spinning properly) the dishwasher will go through its full cycle but will not use the soap (soap door will still be closed and soap packet still intact) and will not get the dishes clean.
