SOD69 is right. Contact Nintendo, 1-800-255-3700 or www.nintendo.com This problem happened with me too. Let me tell you what they are gonna do:
They are going to tell you to fill out a page of your adress, put in your box and mail it to the post office, and then they will mail it to the Nintendo Office. With your DS and the form in the box. (Please make sure you have the game out, slot 2 gamepak and stylus out. It may get lost.) They will mail it back in 3 weeks. A sewing needle might push the prong down in system. and damage it,so don't do any harm to the DS or else Nintendo will cost you. Its basically free.
If you have a warranty then send it to them, or you can find a local repair service to sort it out or... if you are into diy you can sort it yourself.
Get yourself a long thin item such as a sewing needle or similar and gently bend the prog back into place... If you cant access it sufficiently then you can dismantle the DS first so that the motherboard is freed from the rest of the unit.
Here is my DS lite dismantle guide If you need it.
Please note that i take no responseability for any damage that may occur whilst following my guides.
Hope this helps and if you have any further problems/ questions feel free to contact me via my profile page.
