Report "BES400XL Hello, I have a Breville BES400XL machine and it has worked wonderfully up until a few weeks ago. I have decalcified the unit every 2-3 months with a vinager and water solution and it has been making great beverages. Recently, the unit will not heat up or start it's heating cycle when you power it on. As it is off warranty, I have tried to take the unit apart myself but cannot seem to figure out how to get inside the unit to check for a fuse or other likely problem. Is there a special way to get inside the unit? It seems to be secured from inside the left upper area that is preventing me from opening the unit up after removing all of the screws I could find. I would great appreciate any help you could offer!"
