Just bought a used beverage air dmc4, seller tells me he just replaced the warming loop and machine ran great. I cannot get it to get cold. Seems as if the compressor is short-cycling, when I pulled the pan, it is missing the start capacitor. Can it be that, after the tech charged the system and changed warming loop that he could have "accidentally" hit the capacitor so hard that it ripped loose from the connectors and broke both wires, or maybe did they change out the compressor for one that has an internal start capacitor?
