Every time I sew the thread is bunching/ knotting/ 'birdnesting' on the underside of the fabric. The bobbin holder is clicking and bouncing around and thread is getting caught around it. I have tried cleaning the machine, re-threading and different tension settings? help??

The tension on the bobbin is too high, or the tension on the top is too low. One needs to set them to balance
