Bissell healthy home vacuum will not turn on. I have checked everything on the vacuum. All the filters are clean and there are no clogs. I have had it for 10 months with no issues until now

- The handle may not be installed properly, causing a loss in the power connection. Remove the handle completely. Slide the handle back into place on the lower section of handle and tighten the screw.
