I can print from tray 1 and 3 but tray 2 (universal tray) won't work with any size paper in it. Shows a jam every sheet. Sometimes has pulled the paper out about an inch or so but most of the time the sheet is still in the tray but moved a quarter to half an inch as if the rollers were trying to pick it up but couldn't. Pulled the tray out and the rollers look OK and don't feel glazed over. Feel like they would pick up the paper. Any ideas what is wrong?
