Report "black again -- can't see any image. again, power indicatorl amp is lit -- monitor is NOT shutting down. so swapped another monitor (old 15" Compaq) which works fine so it's not the video card. tried Envision on my laptop and have the same exact symptoms so it appears the issue is with the Envision model itself. Any suggestions?"
