Black dust coming out
I have the BowFlex TreadClimber TC5000.
I have some black dust coming out of the back of the unit. I was unable to see where it is coming from but I assume it is from the track.
Any ideas?

I just got a BowFlex TreadClimber TC3000. I have been using it for about 1 week and I noticed black dust coming out of the back. It was near the treadles. I called BowFlex and they said that this is normal during the first few weeks of use. This is the coating coming off of the treads. They said I could vaccum it up. They also mentioned that they only time to really worry is if there is white dust. That is the actual treads wearing off. Hope that helps!
