Black mark on printed copies
I have just replaced my maintence kit and replaced the transfer unit. I am still getting a black smudge (stripe) down the left side of my documents. I cleaned the registration roller as well and nothing has helped. Any suggestions?

Remove the black drum and see if see the line on the drum that you see on the paper---if it is replace the drum unit.. Good Luck
