Report "black wires. All drives powered up. I replaced the motherboard and tried my old PS and then the new one and it still does not power. Shorted green and black wires and got HDD and fans to turn on and HDD LED, no CD drive, still no LED on Power switch. Trying to figure out if new MB got fried when I used my old supply or if something else is going wrong"
