Blackberry 8320 keeps resetting - get "your handheld has been registered... message"
My Blackberry 8320 keeps resetting and I lose all of my texts, emails, and call logs. I don't notice it when it happens, but only see that everything is gone from the handheld and I have emails from T-Mobile saying that my handheld has been registered with the wireless network.
What's going on here, and how can I stop it?

Or else try to rest the phone. to reset follow this:....
- Remove the battery cover on the back of the BlackBerry smartphone.
- Remove the battery completely from the BlackBerry smartphone. The screen will go blank.
- Reinsert the battery in its compartment.
- Reattach the battery cover.
This can be a problem with the OS. I would advice you to back up all data, wipe device and then install the latest OS from your carrier. That should fix your issue.
Hope that helps............
You can save all your inmportant files to your computer if you want then after that you can install the latest OS for this unit and that should solve the problem....
HI,
In your initial sync window in Desktop Manager, UNcheck the box that states something like "Update time and date on sync"
To get started, all you'll need is your BlackBerry device, the latest version of RIM's BlackBerry Desktop Manager, a Microsoft Windows PC--the desktop software's not currently available to Mac users--and a USB cable to link your mobile phone and computer.
1) Download the Latest Version of RIM's BlackBerry Desktop Manager
First, you'll want to download the latest version of RIM's BlackBerry
Desktop Manager software, which at the time of this article's time of
publication is v4.5. To determine which version of Desktop Manager
you're currently running, launch the program via Windows Start Menu by clicking All Programs, BlackBerry and Desktop Manager. When the program's open, hit the Help tab on the main screen and then choose About BlackBerry Desktop Manager. The software version will be listed on the General tab.
If you're not running Desktop Manager v4.5, visit RIM's site and download and install the latest version of the software.
Please click on the blue colored links which i have highlighted in my solutions to open up the websites.
Goodluck..
