Problem> outgoing and incoming calls: I cannot hear the call (or the dialing of the call) and the recipient of my voice can hear me but I can't hear them when the phone is on the hansdset mode. However, the sound on the phone seems to work fine when the phone is set to speakerphone mode. i have turned my phone off. Taken out the battery and restarted the phone. No change in the problem. Please help. Thanks!
