Blade replacemen braun grinder
I have a ksm2 braun coffee grinder I need a how to on blade replacement i have the new blade I have a KSM 1 (XXU) with the same problem. I have tried the solution that you suggested to tspitfirek09 , but was unable to get the shaft and the blade to disengage by applying a moderate amount of force and holding the blade still. Should I attempt to use a wrench of some kind to hold the blade in position while I engage the shaft with a screwdriver, or is there some other trick to dealing with this early model grinder? parksch

Hi sir thats only to remove older blade[damaged] apply lubricant to loose it and leaving for some time try to shaft with screw drewer

that is the point. its a two side screw. and hecen you need to hold in one side when you turn on other side.

- Unplug unit from power source. Remove lid and turn the unit upside-down.
- Notice
- While you have the motor stationary, remove the damaged blade by turning it counter-clockwise. It should unscrew quite easily.
- Install the new blade by turning it clockwise, make sure that you are still holding the motor stationary with the screwdriver.

a small slot on the bottom of the unit. Inside the slot is a visible
screw that you can control the movement of the motor. Insert a
screwdriver into the screw head. By doing this you are now holding the
motor stationary.
