Blank screen i installed a fx 5200 pci i disabled my other video card in device mang. and enabled the new one. when i plug the video cable into the new card and restart the computer all i get is a blank screen

Where's that legacy card? integrated into the mb? if so you'll need to enter bios settings and change it from internal to pci. or at least check to see that the video setting is correct b4 looking at the OS.
