Blank screen on new XOVision x130VIDB MP3 Player - HELP!!!!
Hi,
I bought my son this mp3 for his birthday. We did what the manual said about plugging it into the computer with USB cord in order for it to charge. All we keep seing is a bright, white blank screen. At one point it finally said Loading and then the actual screen came up, but then it said goodbye and went away. What is the cause of this? I am very confused. Any info would be very much appreciated.
