Blazer differential code
I have a 2000 4WD Blazer, 4.3 L on which I need to replace the rear wheel bearings and seals. I need the axle code, which is supposed to be stamped on the right rear axle tube. The tube is very, very rusty, and despite my attempts to clean this up and read the code, I am unable to find anything that looks like numbers or letters. Is there another way to determine the code? I need to know whether it is a "C" or a "K" so that I get the correct parts. Thanks a lot.

You might be able to get it off of the production or option sticker. The sticker can be in several places, around the spare tire panel, the glove box, and so on. The dealer should know where the sticker is and which code to look for.
