Blinking Check Engine light
Recently, my 2002 Dodge Neon SXT stalled while driving in town. The check engine light stayed on. The Auto parts place said it was the Cam Shaft Placement Sensor, so I replaced it. Then the problem continued, without the check engine light coming on. Another shop did a scan and found a code for the Crank Shaft Sensor. I replace it.
As of now, the car runs fine, though it does seem to be getting less MPG, and every now and then, while driving, I hear the tone and the check engine light blinks 8 times. I did the key on and off 3 times and see P1684, which is the Battery, but I also see P0320. Any thoughts?

The cam and crank sensors are new same as in and output sensors are new and still getting p 0700 popin up
This is typically a sign of a "detrimental misfire". A blinking check engine light means DON'T DRIVE ME! You may want to have your coil pack checked, plugs replaced or gapped properly, or wires replaced. Would also have to do with the camshaft sensor causing your timing to be off.
