I can not turn on my astar LTV- 32HBG TV, power indicator light blinking.Before the blinking problem I had to unplug the tv then plug it back in to get it to turn on.I came home one day and the power indicator light is blinking,the unplug trick does not work any more.Some one on line said it could be the power trnsformer driver ic.Please tell me what you think and were I can buy the part so that i can fix it myself
