Return it and get your money back or exchange it. Those repeaters are cheaply made and something as simple as a power surge can fry the connections....but first, try to power cycle the equipment by unplugging it for a minute if you have not tried that yet. You might want a computer saavy friend to take a look at it...sometimes it is easier for me to have the equipment in front of me than to troubleshoot it over the phone or the internet.
